| Construction
and Operation: |
The
perfectly matched conical shape of the rotor and stator
permits to adjust the grinding gap to an exactness of
0.10 mm. The opening of the grinding gap can be read
from a calibrated scale and can be reset. During operation,
the product is subjected to a high degree of shearing,
cutting and rubbing between the two metal toothed surfaces
wherein the stator is fixed and the rotor turns at 2800
rpm. The degree of grinding and the through-flow depend
on the size and toothing of the grinding set. |
