In
tablet making practice the granulation process plays
an important part because the quality of the final tablets
will be determined by the virtue of the granules used
for its compression.
The Precious Granulating
machines are strongly and compactly designed. All parts
in contact with the product to be granulated are of
high quality S.S. All the inner surfaces are polished
to prevent adherence of the product and facilitate cleaning.
The rotor bearing are tight and mounted on the outside
of the housing, thus prevent from contact with material
to be granulated. The oscillatory motion of the rotor
against the sieve give the granules an exceptional uniformity
and to the machine a high output. The precious granulating
machine requires very little maintenance.
Oscillating Granulator is extensively used wherever
tablets or pellets are produced. Oscillating Granulator
is used for both wet and dry granulation process. Quality
of granules is better compared to other processing machineries
like Multi Mill, Comminuting Mill etc.
All contact parts are in Stainless Steel and Mirror
