Blenders designed by us are proven and agitation type, with mixing action in a balance way moving the material from every corner of the container, avoiding dead spots and giving fast uniform blending.

During the blending material not only rotates but moves linearly from left to right and right to left simultaneously. Even if a small quantity of liquid, powder or granules is added it spreads to the whole mass very quickly.

Special features

• If required a spray system or a dosing system may be attached to the system.

• If required jacketing to the container can be done to circulate cold water / liquid or to keep it hot circulation of steam or oil.

• To handle the abrasive material different alloy steel ribbons with linners on inner surface of the container may be provided.

• To handle different chemical material of construction may be chosen with all contact parts in S.S 304 or SS-316.

• To handle high density, pasty or viscous material, an heavy drive with different shape of blades may be selected.

• For Continuous type of mixing / blending a double shaft mixer may be selected.

• Available in wide range of 50 ltrs to 5000 ltrs.

• For the discharge of blended material, you can opt for container lifting arrangement for smaller models and the bigger model pneumatically operated discharge gate.
