"Precious" Vibro Sifter
This Precious Vibro Sifter Works on the principal of Gyratory Motion. Thus, a particle in an attempt to bring its axis parallel to the earth’s axis, presents all of its faces to the screen opening on which it is placed. The material smaller than the screen opening pass through the screen. If the size of material is larger than the screen opening, the material shifts over to the next position, avoiding the possibility of screen choking.
Construction:
The Precious Vibro Sifter is easy to install, requires minimum maintenance by having suspending assembly incorporating the unbalanced flywheel in its housing, supported by three vertical tie rods in coaxially in static frame. This is mounted on rigid base ring with castors. Easy cleaning of screen and dismantling. All contact parts and screen of S.S.
Operation:
The Precious Vibro Sifter is used for separation of solids from solids, liquids from solids and production of graded material in proportion to their sizes. The materials fed in to the center of the screen. The particles being screened down apart automatically and no additional force are exerted to separate coarser particles. The oscillations of the screen can be adjusted to suit the material in use at a specific time.
