Trolly / Tray Dryers are batch units consisting of either 2, 4, or 6 Trollies which hold 24/48 trays per Trolly. The Trolly are wheeled into a drying chamber where uniform airflow passes horizontally across a perforated plenum and through the Trolly before it is recirculated. The Trolly dryers allow processors to handle a wide range of products at varying capacities.

Due to its simple design and minimum moving parts, Chitra's Trolly/Tray dryer is easy to clean and simple to operate. All our dryers are available with a variety of heat sources including gas, steam or electric, and our standard 100 mm thick insulated panels for energy efficient operation.
